5-Year Warranty
Long-Term Support After Your Watch Is Delivered
Our 5-year warranty begins on the date your order is delivered. If a covered fault develops during the warranty period, our team will assess the watch, arrange repair when possible, and provide a replacement when a covered issue cannot be repaired.
How Our Warranty Works
A Clear Process for Covered Mechanical or Functional Problems
Our warranty is designed to support customers when a watch develops a covered fault during normal ownership. The warranty period starts on the confirmed delivery date and continues for five years.
When a covered problem is reported, the watch is assessed by our after-sales team. We first repair the issue when repair is possible. If the covered fault cannot be repaired, we provide a replacement watch.
Warranty decisions are based on the condition of the watch and the cause of the issue, which is why accidental damage, unauthorized opening or repair, and normal wear are treated differently from manufacturing or functional faults.

Coverage
What the Warranty Covers — and What It Does Not
The distinction is straightforward: covered faults relate to problems that develop under normal use, while accidental damage, misuse, outside repair and normal wear are excluded.
Covered Under Warranty
- Covered movement or functional faults that develop during normal use
- Warranty assessment by our after-sales team
- Repair of a covered fault when repair is possible
- Replacement when a covered fault cannot be repaired
- Return shipping to the customer after completed warranty repair
Not Covered
- Damage caused by dropping, impact or other accidental damage
- Water damage
- Magnetization
- Opening, disassembly or modification by the customer
- Repair or alteration by a third party
- Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic aging from regular use
